ABOUT US

TRANSFORMING VALUE IN HEALTHCARE

eLuminate Health understands how healthcare choices are made – and how it can be done better. We are dedicated to improving the value of healthcare and creating a new healthcare experience based on informed choice and simplicity.

Mission

To give every healthcare participant – consumers, providers, and payers – the tools to be more satisfied and successful. We do this by providing timely and relevant information regarding price, quality, and customer satisfaction and by eliminating confusing and ineffective payment processes.

Beliefs

  • Healthcare does not operate in a free market fashion because of a lack of transparency. Transparency can be applied to healthcare in a manner that gives every stakeholder the opportunity to be more satisfied and successful.
  • Healthcare decisions are unique and personal. Everyone needs quality, customer satisfaction, and pricing information in order to make their own decision - as a purchaser and as a provider.
  • Aligned incentives between payers, providers, and consumers improve effectiveness.
  • Consumers value and deserve the right to have abundant and informed choices in healthcare.
  • The current healthcare ecosystem is unsustainable. This can be addressed by collective support for innovation that may require everyone to change a little, but also gives everyone an equal opportunity to be more successful.
